Sushi will never be the same for me after paying Sushi Kashiba a visit for their omakase. The SO made 7 pm reservation for dinner on a Saturday night. We arrived 10 minutes earlier and had asked to sit at the sushi bar if possible. To our crazy luck, we were seated right in front of Shiro.
Reservations were hard to come by but I can guarantee this is some of the most authentic and well crafted sushi place. Let the chef whiz you away on a magical culinary journey. The setting is intimate, with only a handful of sushi bar seats. The sushi is the star of the show, and you have front row seats. I’ll let my photos do more justice.
